Delivery Timeline

Standard Delivery

  • Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
  • Tier 2 Cities: 4-6 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5-8 business days

Note: Delivery times may vary during festive seasons, public holidays, or due to unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather conditions or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹999: FREE shipping
  • Orders below ₹999: ₹50 shipping charge applicable
  • Express Delivery: Available on request (additional charges apply)

Order Tracking

What if I'm Not Home?

If you're not available at the time of delivery:

  • The courier partner will make 2-3 delivery attempts
  • You'll receive a call/SMS before each attempt
  • You can reschedule delivery for a convenient time
  • Packages will be held at the local courier center for 7 days

Damaged or Lost Packages

In the rare event of a damaged or lost package:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of damaged packaging/product
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately
  • No questions asked – customer satisfaction is our priority

Return & Replacement

We accept returns and replacements under the following conditions:

  • Product received is damaged or defective
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Package seal is broken or tampered

Return Window: 7 days from delivery date

Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened/used products unless they are defective.
